Food donations requested by Silver Key to help needy seniors at Thanksgiving Silver Key Senior Services is seeking food donations to help needy seniors have a nicer Thanksgiving.“The Bountiful Bags project provides seniors who are enrolled in our Nutrition Services food programs with Thanksgiving meal fixings in November,” a press release states. “Our goal is to fill 1,000 bags with all the trimmings for a memorable Thanksgiving meal for the seniors and their families. To date, we have received only a fraction of the food we need to fill those bags. Please consider picking up a few of these items when you are shopping for your family.
