2 musical groups to perform for CoatFest at Westside Community Center Nov. 4 Oct. 23, 2017The Bill Emery Band (brass septet) and the Liberty Belles (Andrews Sisters-style women's trio) will perform during CoatFest 2017 at the Westside Community Center, 1628 W. Bijou St., Saturday, Nov. 4 The time frame will be 2 to 5 p.m. Seeking donations of winter apparel for charity, the event is a partnership between Westside CARES and the Westside Community Center. Attendees are asked to donate $10 cash or an adult winter coat. Last year's event at another location collected more than 100 coats and other winter apparel items and $200 in cash donations, Emery said.
