Next First Friday ArtWalk Oct. 2 in Old Colorado City Old Colorado City will host its monthly First Friday ArtWalk Oct. 2. A free, self-guided walking tour, the event time frame is from 5 to 8 p.m.In addition to works on display, the 15 participating shops/galleries (usually identified by ArtWalk flags) typically feature exhibit openings, demonstrations, music and/or refreshments. At the Hunter-Wolff Gallery, 2510 W. Colorado Ave., demonstrations are scheduled by artists Gary Vigen (painting on stained glass) and Marlene Kort (pastel painting). Promoting local artists, the Old Colorado City ArtWalks will continue on the first Friday of the month through December.
