City Council recently approved the Saturdays of Dec. 3, 10, 17 and 24.
The four days of free on-street parking are estimated to cost the city's Parking System up to $27,200 in uncollected revenue, but council's hope is to foster good will and thus boost retail sales.
Relocation to GoG Road
Jazzercise classes are now being taught at 750 Garden of the Gods Road.
Owner Andrea DuBose has offered her classes at a Westside or downtown location ever since she started the dance-fitness franchise in Colorado Springs in 2002.
The new site has more parking and large class space, she said.
Aimed at increasing cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, the business offers 12 classes, with four certified instructors, including DuBose.

Relocation within building
Sheri Reichert and her daughter Allison have relocated their Twice Appreciated shop, but not too far.
It's in the same building, 3020 W. Colorado Ave., but a different suite (B).
The duo started the business nearly three years ago.
Open Monday through Saturday, Twice Appreciated focuses on used furniture and home accessories.
