Police officer at Mesa Springs meeting

       A police officer will discuss home safety and other issues at a meeting of the Mesa Springs Community Association Tuesday, Oct. 9.
       The free get-together will start at 7 p.m. at the Pike Elementary School library, 2510 N. Chestnut St. Residents are welcome.
       The association represents the neighborhood bounded by Fillmore Street, I-25 and Uintah Street.
