Volunteers sought for Garden of the Gods erosion work Oct. 2-3

The Rocky Mountain Field Institute is looking for volunteers to work on
erosion gullies around the Scotsman Picnic Area in the Garden of the Gods the weekend of October 2 and 3. People can work one or both days. Times each day are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Work will consist of moving rocks and building check dams. For more information or to register, call 471-7736 or e-mail rmfibox@qwest.net.
