2017-18 year under way for District 11 schools on Westside

       The 2017-18 school-year started for most District 11 public schools Aug. 17.
       Regarding the safety of younger students, the busiest elementary school traffic times are during drop-offs (around 8 a.m.) and pick-ups (around 2:30 p.m.).
       Below are brief capsules on each Westside D-11 school (principal's name in parentheses). Enrollment numbers are from 2016 and were taken from the School District 11 website (d11.org).
