Reilly art show to benefit Land Trust

       Old Colorado City landscape artist Laura Reilly will hold a benefit art show and sale for the Palmer Land Trust, opening Thursday, Aug. 18 at 5-8 p.m. and continuing through the weekend.
       The Land Trust is a Colorado Springs non-profit dedicated to preserving open-space views. The event is titled “Heritage.” Featured works will be original oil paintings that Reilly created on properties preserved through the Palmer Land Trust.
       Her gallery is at 2616 W Colorado Ave #4.
      
       The Colorado Farm and Art Market is sponsoring an Artist Demonstration Day Saturday, Aug, 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market is located off Colorado Avenue just east of I-25.
      
       Plaza 21 Cleaners just opened at 1014-C S. 21st Street. The owners are Cecilia and Andy Song. The business is open Monday through Saturday. The phone is 328-1715.
