Included are seven trips and 21 classes/programs offered at the center for youths or youths and adults.
According to Carmen Vázquez-Guy of the West Center, the advance listing helps out students who want to make summer plans earlier than the third week in May, when the summer brochure comes out.
She said she has distributed the flyer to West Middle School and “close-by” elementary schools on the Westside.
Among the trips are the Sand Dunes, May 13; Arkansas River Rafting, June 21; Elitch Gardens, July 29; and Colorado State Fair, Aug. 31.
Programs/classes include Rocky Mountain Space Science Workshop, June 13-17, Kids for City Kids, June 28-July 1; beginning drumming, July 5 and 7 and July 12-14; balloon sculpting, July 12-14; and Mexican Cuisine, July 20.
