Aftermath of gas-line break: Repaving today on GoG Road EB lanes After being closed for at least six hours because of a gas-line leak the afternoon and evening of March 25, both east and westbound lanes of Garden of the Gods Road between I-25 and Centennial were reopened at 11 p.m., police said.However, the eastbound lanes will be closed at 9 a.m. today (March 26) to repave the work area, police said. The gas line was hit during construction work, the initial city press release said.
