Whittier third-grader Jenna Bryant tries out a marshmallow that
had been frozen by being placed into liquid nitrogen during a visit
from the national MAEA Science Center March 5 at the school.
Once put in the mouth, the marshmallow quickly unfroze and,
according to Principal Maryls Berg, “tasted like Lucky Charms...
The kids loved them.”
