Feb. 22 kicks off monthly Head Start enrollment clinics

       Monthly Head Start enrollment clinics will be at the non-profit Community Partnership for Child Development (CPCD), 2330 Robinson St., with the first Thursday, Feb. 22
       That clinic, like those in March through August, will be from 1 to 4 p.m.
       Families with children under the age of 5 are encouraged to attend. Head Start is free to families living below the federal poverty guidelines and for children with special needs.
