TABOR topic of Feb. 19 meeting with city heads

TABOR [the Taxpayers Bill of Rights law] and how it affects city government will be the main focus of a Community Action Team (CAT) meeting Thursday, Feb. 19
at the Gold Hill Police substation, 955 W. Moreno Ave.
