Musician, painter at open house

       Back Pages will hold a “Blue Christmas” open house Saturday, Dec. 2 from noon to 6 p.m., featuring blues music by Calvin Benton (of the Metrol Blues Band) and painting by Mr. Eugene (who has also been a Hollywood fashion stylist).
       The free event will be inside the store - a retail unit attached to the Anglers Covey Building at 21st Street and Highway 24. The address is 297 S. 21st St.
       Back Pages, a 10-year Colorado Springs business that moved to the Westside address a year ago, specializes in prints of antique documents, maps and photographs.
       The owners are Carolyn and Bill Flowers. The phone is 520-1139.
      
       Landmark Tours and Travel has been in business nearly 20 years, and now owner Kila Titcomb is expanding her offerings through a new business next door with offerings that include a full-service postal center as well as U-Haul trucks and trailers.
       The just-opened Landmark Express Pac and Shipping Center is at 304 S. Eighth St.
       The center also provides moving boxes, packing materials, gift wrapping, shredding, notary, fax, copies, laminating and a balloon service.

       Springs Liquor, 2905 W. Colorado Ave., has a new owner. Yoon Koh took over the business in October. He is a former liquor store manager. The store is open Monday to Saturday. The phone is 633-7803.

       “How Does Acupunc-ture Heal?” will be the title of a presentation by Chinese physician Dr. Na Zhai at the Celebration Conscious Living Store, 2209 W. Colorado Ave., Monday, Dec. 4 from 7 to 9 p.m.
       The talk is free, but donations are welcomed.
       Zhai is the founder of an acupuncture clinic in Colorado Springs.
