Rio Grande reopens after water line work

Rio Grande Street was closed last week between Eighth Street and Moreno Avenue to allow the installation of a 16-inch water line that will connect the under-
construction Gold Hill Mesa development to the city's water system, according to Rachel Beck of Colorado Springs Utilities. The work was being wrapped up this
week, she said.
