‘Oklahoma!’ at CHS

       With 20 students in the cast, plus 7 in the chorus/dance group, 22 in the orchestra and more than 30 in the support crews, the Coronado High School Performing Arts Department debuted its production of the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “Oklahoma!” Nov. 14 before about 100 students from Holmes Middle School.


       Shows for the general public will be presented Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 15-17 at 7 p.m. in the Coronado auditorium, 1590 W. Filllmore St., plus a Saturday matinee at 2 p.m.
       Tickets are $10 at the door ($8 for students).
       Lead parts feature Anthony Shields (Curley), Madeleine Spanton (Laurey), Lorenzo Caballos (Jud Fry) and April Getz (Ado Annie Carnes).
