Osborne Trust Fund 2007 grant recipients listed

       The following agencies are recipients of grants this year from the William and Betty Osborne Trust Fund, administered by the Garden of the Gods Rotary Club:
       Assistance League (clothing for needy schoolchildren), $5,000
       Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region (low-cost activities for youths), $3,000
       Catholic Charities (basic-need assistance), $5,000
       Community of Caring Foundation - Cripple Creek (basic assistance), $8,000
       Community Cupboard - Woodland Park (aid to working poor), $10,000
       Community Partnership for Child Development (Head Start program), $5,000
       Help the Needy - Woodland Park (short-term emergency services), $3,000
       Little Chapel Food Pantry (food distribution), $5,000
       Mission Medical (free clinics for the needy), $2,500
       Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Southern Colorado (help for people who have the disease), $10,000
       Pikes Peak Hospice (a place for death with dignity), $2,500
       Prospect Home Care (hospice, all-age and senior care), $5,000
       Silver Key Senior Services (no/low-cost services for area elderly), $35,000
       Westside Cares (emergency assistance for Westside needy), $35,000
       Total Grants: $134,000
