       Non-scary costumes are welcome.
The 4,000-square-foot playground area is at the northeast corner of the city block the Community Center is on.
This fall, a contractor for Colorado Springs Parks installed new equipment - including swings, a tunnel-slide, climber and turning device - which replaced pieces from the mid-1990s when the site was still Buena Vista Elementary School. Those pieces had been removed by city crews in April.
