'Family fun' at Westside Community Center's annual Fall Festival Oct. 27

       Families are invited to the Westside Community Center Saturday afternoon, Oct. 27 for its annual Fall Festival.
       Scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m., the free, Halloween-inspired event will feature “family fun,” with hot food, candy and games (including plinko), a flyer states. Non-scary costumes are welcome.
       Run by Woodmen Valley Chapel through the Colorado Springs Parks Department, the center has operated since 2010 in the former Buena Vista school at 1628 W. Bijou St.
