No obstacle too great
Riders glide forward at the start of the men’s over-35 race at the Pikes Peak Supercross in Bear Creek Regional Park (near 21st and Rio Grande streets) Sept. 23. Scores of cyclists participated in the event, which offered races for male and female riders in different age and skill categories. Riders had to complete as much of the course as possible – including obstacles they had to ride over or dismount to get around – in a certain amount of time. The event was organized by Pikes Peak Velo Racing and the El Paso County Parks Department.
