The location will be the new West Center location, 1628 W. Bijou St. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.
According to Bunny Blaha, the OWN board member organizing the event, eight properties are entered in five categories, some in more than one (for a total of 11 entries).
Prizes donated from local merchants will go to the winners.
The judges are County Commissioner Sallie Clark, Vice Mayor Larry Small and City Council members Scott Hente and Randy Purvis.
Clark, a Westside resident, started the awards through OWN in 2005 as a way of honoring residents or business people who have fixed up their properties and inspiring others to do the same.
OWN is the city-recognized advocacy group for the older Westside.
