“I am honored to be chosen for this role. Goodwill is an amazing organization with enormously talented employees and strong community support,” said Grazier, a Colorado Springs resident since 1996. “Goodwill positively impacts the communities we serve every time someone moves closer to independence, and I look forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead.”
She is also CEO of K & W Enterprises, Inc., a diversified investment company, and serves on the boards of the Colorado Springs School and 5Star Bank.
Grazier's early career in corporate banking was followed by 20 years as an entrepreneur. She purchased and co-managed two catalog companies in Colorado Springs that were later sold to larger companies.
With more than 1,000 employees, Goodwill served 72,000 people last year through its programs for job seekers, people with disabilities, older adults and families. The Goodwill mission is to help people become personally and financially independent.
