Former Old Colorado City business owners return with toy and game shop Aug. 15, 2018Long-time shoppers in Old Colorado City may recognize the proprietors of the recently opened Raven's Nest Toys and Games in the Old Colorado Square at 2616 W. Colorado Ave. #9. Charles and Nina Carley previously owned and managed a shop named We3 - The Shop for the Curious Soul in the Old Town Plaza, which offered psychic consultations and readings. She helped open the business in 2008, with Charles joining a short time later. “After a brief time-off from We3, we decided to reopen as Raven's Next,” reads a press release from the Carleys. “There is no better place than the Westside.” Raven's Nest sales items include vintage and newer action figures, games and movies. The business is open daily. The phone is 216-8728. The location formerly housed the Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Company, which has moved to 2514 W. Colorado Ave., #103.
