Model units ready at Indian Hills subdivision

Model units can now be viewed at the under-construction Indian Hills Village townhome development in the Mesa Springs area.
When the project is complete, the homes will be clustered in 17 buildings, each ranging in size from three to six units each, according to John Weiler of Reflections RE Inc. Two of the buildings have been completed so far. There will be 80 units in all. The homes will have two or three bedrooms and range in size from 2,265 to 2,693 square feet. The project can be accessed from Mesa Valley Road, going west from Chestnut Street. The model building is at 2582 Indian Hills Grove. Prices are between about $275,000 and $305,000. Five units have been pre-sold to date, Weiler said. Westside Pioneer article |
