A Colorado Springs Utilities water-main replacement project was continuing this week along Fontmore Road. Traffic has been narrowed to one lane each way to allow crews room to replace a 12-inch-diameter line between Panorama Drive and 30th Street. Original plans had called for completion by the end of July, but the latest estimate puts it into the first week of August.
