Plan will hurt existing stores
In regard to the proposed Kum & Go convenience stores in the 2300 block and at 21st Street and Broadway, this is going to hurt the business of the 7-Eleven on 21st Street, the Alta station (formerly called Farm Crest) at 21st and Colorado and the Diamond Shamrock at 2715 W. Colorado.
I can understand that Goodwill needs the money (for the 2300 block property), but they can sell to someone else.
These businesses have been here for years on the Westside. So Kum & Go, build your stores someplace else in town.
