The longtime Westside health store is in the Old Town Plaza retail center at 2501 W. Colorado Ave.
The expanded space resulted from the Holbrooks moving Desert Stage one door down within the center. The new location is the roughly 1,600-square-foot unit at the east end (Suite 110), nearest to 25th Street.
The new services include massage therapy, pain management, body detoxification and chi (nerve rejuvenation). Walk-ins are welcome or people can call for an appointment.
Open daily, the business continues to stock a broad range of vitamins, minerals and herbs
Ed Holbrook, who expects to be the most frequent presence in the store, is a former manager at Norton Office Supplies downtown. Deborah also teaches at Air Academy High School.
Asked about the couple's taking on the business in Old Colorado City, Ed replied, “We believe in the health field and wanted to be business owners in an atmosphere that's community-based.”
