Range Riders to mosey through Westside again

       After the downtown Colorado Springs Street Breakfast Wednesday, June 20, about 160 Pikes Peak Range Riders will ride to the Norris-Penrose Event Center, 1045 W. Rio Grande St., before starting on their 59th annual ride to promote the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.
       The horseback entourage will be escorted by police, who will stop or divert traffic as needed along the route - Colorado Avenue to Limit Street to Rio Grande.
       The Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo will be July 11-15 at Norris-Penrose.

       Another upcoming rodeo at Norris-Penrose... The fifth annual Ride for the Brand July 6-7 will include a downtown “cattle drive” July 6 and the rodeo with supporting activities July 7, “Ride” is a sanctioned rodeo in the Working Ranch Cowboys Association (WRCA) tour.
