Gardner & Rideout at Rock Ledge June 14

Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site will open its annual Summer Music Series Saturday, June 14 with a concert by Old West music revivalists Mark Gardner and Rex Rideout.
The free show will begin at 7 p.m. on the lawn outside the Orchard House.
Using a variety of vintage instruments, Gardner and Rideout specialize in rare songs about fur traders, soldiers, prospectors, cowboys, and homesteaders of the 19th and early 20th century American frontier.
If the weather is bad, the performance will be in the ranch's barn.
The other scheduled concert in this year's Rock Ledge music series will be Willie Houston & the Blues Prowlers July 12.
A branch of Colorado Springs Parks, Rock Ledge Ranch is in the southeast corner of the Garden of the Gods. The parking lot/entrance is off Gateway Road at 30th Street.
