COBWEB CORNERS: Tick Tock!

       This is a bit different, we have a picture for you. Here is the diner I spoke of a while back. The picture answers a few questions. It was not a converted street car, but

a purposely built diner, like many across the country. In fact it may have been where the George's Pet Supply was also in the 600 block of West Colorado Avenue until the 1970s. I received several bits of information from several of you in this quest. One mention was that when George's was in business on the site in the 1950s, there might have been a fire which destroyed this building.
       This picture was taken in the late 1940s. We do not know who the two ladies are. They were not known by my source either.
       The Street Car Lunch on North Nevada has not yet shown up as a picture, but there is still hope!
