The original play, written and directed by music teacher Carolyn Coker, featured students from the classes of teachers Betsy Buerk, Susan Sparks, Kay Farran, Beth Arrowsmith, Maria Gutierrez and Val Rudy. In the story, a steady stream of well-known fairy tale characters come to the hospital for help with a variety of ailments.
